- IFC is seeking to contract a professional consultancyfirm (“the Consulting firm”) with experience in Corporate Governance (CG) andEnvironmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) to provide supportactivities of the Program in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan undersupervision and in close coordination with the IFC Project Officer (“IFC”). The overall objective of the assignment is to promotegood CG and ESG practices among companies and financial institutions using theupdated IFC CG Methodology (Governance for Sustainability), Family Governance, Disclosureand Transparency Tools and other IFC materials and information resources.
